RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY AT Madhu Shri Fashion

• Return period: You can request a return of the product within 7 days from the delivery date.

• Reverse pick-up: Madhu Shri Fashion offers reverse pick-up services, but availability may differ by area.

• Refund fee: Refund fee of Rs 100 would be levied per order.

• Product condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Refunds: Refunds are only available for prepaid orders and online payments.

• Exchanges: Exchange can be made on unused, in-resalable condition products within 15 days of purchase.

• Store credit: Madhu Shri Fashion may offer a credit note instead of a cash refund or credit card payment reversal for store purchases. Credit notes are valid for three months and are not replaceable if lost in any case.
